After this period, we do not offer refunds for course purchases.

If you are unable to access a course due to technical issues on our
platform, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support
team to resolve the issue, and if it remains unresolved, we will assess
your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
- Duplicate Purchases:
If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once, we will issue
a full refund for the duplicate purchase if the request is made within 7
days from the date of the second purchase.

- Completed Courses:
If you have already accessed or completed the course content, you are not
eligible for a refund, except in cases of technical issues.
- Subscription Fees:
Subscription fees for access to multiple courses or premium memberships are
non-refundable once the subscription period has begun.
- Promotions:
If you purchased a course or service during a promotional offer or using a
discount, refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

Include your order number, the course name, and a brief explanation of why
you are requesting a refund.

information is needed. Refund requests will typically be processed within 7
business days after receiving all necessary information.

Refund Process
Once your refund request has been
approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
used at the time of purchase.
- If you used a credit/debit card, refunds may take 5-10
business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- For other payment methods, such as mobile payments, the
refund may be processed according to the payment provider's timelines.
